Refunds and cancellation

Stable Pledge

This project is a part of the Stable Pledge program. The creator guarantees a full refund to backers if the change in any price estimates after the campaign's end is bigger than 10%. Backers will be granted a 100% refund upon request made within 14 days after the change announcement. Gamefound will pay back its provision to the creator, who is solely responsible for refunds. Learn more.

Throughout the duration of the Gamefound campaign, backers are given the option to modify or cancel their pledges. Gamefound only collects payments at the end of a successfully funded campaign.

Within 10 days after the campaign’s end, you may contact our customer support team at info@fantasiaboardgames.com to request a full refund of your pledge. If you miss this period, you may still request a pledge cancellation and refund; however, 10% of your pledge amount will not be refunded, as it will be applied toward the Gamefound and payment processing fees (which we are unable to have reimbursed after the 10-day grace period). The final date for pledge cancellation is when the Pledge Manager closes (which will be about 4–5 months before the estimated delivery date). All refunds will be reversed via Stripe to your credit card and processed in EUR.

Risks and challenges

This is Fantasia Game’s third Crowdfunding campaign, following Endless Winter: Paleoamericans and Unconscious Mind, both of which have been universally praised and loved.

Along with our success in the tabletop gaming industry, the Fantasia team has grown. We recently acquired new members, growing our playtesters' group and in-house developers. We are becoming more efficient with each passing day.

The post-campaign time window we have allotted for the final development and file preparation should be more than sufficient. We will continually update the backers on our progress.

Please keep in mind that Gamefound is not a pre-order system; it is a crowd-funding platform for projects still in development. You may come to notice that some elements will have been changed from those shown on the original campaign page, as well as what may appear in the early media copies.

The game’s components, artwork, and rules will vary to some degree as they go from the current prototype stages to the final product. Given we will spare no effort to perfect the game, any changes we make will be to improve the product physically and/or conceptually. We will cut no corners. Regarding fulfillment, we have spent the last year building a highly-efficient network. To that end, we have spent significant time preparing for as many eventualities as possible. Rest assured, our company is financially stable, so even if shipping and/or manufacturing prices were to rise, we would still be able to deliver the game to you safely.

We believe in transparency and shall strive to keep our backers informed of the project’s overall progress and every important milestone via regular Project Updates. These will be posted approximately every three weeks.
